The kitchen is well equipped and includes a large fridge-freezer, a dishwasher and a dining area for 4 people. This leads to the garden via a large back lobby - a great place to rub down muddy dogs, children and sometimes grown ups!
Just outside the back door is a separate laundry room with washing machine, butler sink and overhead drying rack.
The living room features a smart TV and DVD player, and a cosy log burner.
In the dining room there's another log burner. The table seats 6 - handy if you are using both cottages and wish to eat together. There's also a stereo with digital radio and bluetooth connectivity.
The bathroom is wood panelled in a period style and has a lovely roll top bath as well as a separate shower cubicle with an electric shower.
The cottage also features free unlimited Wifi.
Upstairs, there are two bedrooms, both overlooking the front cottage garden. The master bedroom is light and airy with a double bed and en-suite wc. The second bedroom has two single beds.
Outside to the rear of the cottage there is a private cottage garden with a picnic bench and a barbecue. The front of the cottage opens onto the front garden which leads to the parking area.
